Acknowledgment of Risks:

I acknowledge and understand that using the sauna involves inherent risks.

I confirm that if I have medical conditions, underlying health problems, take prescription medications, or am pregnant, I have consulted a GP before booking.

I understand that anyone under the age of 18 is not permitted to use the sauna.

I accept that using the loch as a "cold plunge" is at my own risk. I am solely responsible for ensuring I can handle exposure to cold temperatures.

Guidelines for Use:

I understand and agree to let my body heat up naturally before entering the sauna after cold exposure, and I accept full responsibility if I do otherwise.

I acknowledge that alcohol is not permitted during the sauna session and agree not to consume alcohol before my session.

I understand that water is the only drink permitted in the sauna.

I agree to wear a suitable swimming costume or trunks and understand that nudity or shoes are not allowed in the sauna.

Safety and Conduct:

I agree to inform staff immediately of any concerns or issues I experience during the session.

I understand that Rvival instructors reserve the right to refuse entry or terminate a session for safety, health, or other reasonable concerns.

It is essential to consult a healthcare professional before using the loch as a ‘cold plunge’ or the cold shower, particularly if you have any pre-existing health conditions or are taking medications. If you answered Yes to ANY of the questions above, we strongly recommend seeking medical advice before attending the event.

Cold exposure places additional stress on the body. To minimize risks, ensure you are adequately hydrated and properly nourished both before and after the activity. Please be aware that cold water swimming in temperatures below 15°C is a potentially hazardous activity that can pose risks, including injury or, in rare cases, even death.

Waiver and Release of Liability

I hereby waive, release, and discharge any and all claims, actions, or liabilities against RVIVAL, Monachyle Mhor, and their directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, contractors, and any other associated parties (collectively, the "Released Parties") for any injuries, damages, or losses I may sustain while participating in the Pop-Up Sauna and Swim Experience.
